It’s become very clear to me in my work that we live in a highly relational world. Our relationships- how we cultivate and tend to them- color how we show up in the world. So much of who we are and who we become is influenced by connections with other people. With a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, I approach counseling through a relationship-focused, systemic lens. While I am in currently working toward licensure, I have special training and prior experience/knowledge in Prepare-Enrich, EFT, EMDR, DBT, CBT and MAP and have worked in home-based, school, and outpatient settings. I work with individuals ages 5 and up in a variety of life stages, taking special interest in relationship work (couples, co-parents, parent-child, siblings, families, etc). My past experience includes working with couples, families, adolescents and children on various issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, communication and problem solving, conflict resolution, relationship stress, work stress, faith-based concerns, sexual identity, self care, boundaries, and more.
