When your personal life feels hopeless and desperate and emotional connections with your partner are minimal, it may be time to see a therapist for guidance. I would like to help you. I strive to create a safe,
supportive space where we can explore your challenges and hopes to work through them. I am welcoming of individuals and couples from all walks of life.
Currently, I am a graduate student in the Marriage and Family Therapy Masters of Arts program at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. In my day job, I am an accountant for a non-profit in the healthcare industry. I was in a committed relationship for 20+ years. I have two adult children in college and a mini tri-colored Australian Shepherd.
Presently, I see individuals under the supervision of Dr. Kurt Wical and Carolyn Dehnbostel. Upon completion of training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) at the end of October 2019, I will be able to provide therapy to couples as well. Individuals and couples are charged a reduced rate of $30 per hour.
In addition to my Marriage Family Therapy graduate studies, I have completed training in the following:
PREPARE-ENRICH Pre-Marital/ Marital Couples Assessment.
