Are you feeling overwhelmed, sad, anxious, angry? Perhaps you're seeking support and help with conflict, trust, or loss of intimacy in a relationship.
As a seasoned therapist with more than twenty years of experience and advanced training, I've helped many couples and adults feel better about their lives, gain confidence, heal their hurts and restore trust. I welcome people of diverse backgrounds and life experiences into my practice, and look forward to getting to know you.
I begin by listening carefully to what you hope for and need. We'll work collaboratively -- you're the expert on you! My approach is based on attachment theory, human systems theory, and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT.) I use CBT and other modalities when they're helpful.
As a specialty, I offer self-of-therapist work for therapists, as well as counseling for other caring professionals (social workers, doctors, nurses, allied professions.) Case consultation is also available for therapists and counselors, by request.
You can find hope and new ways to move forward! Whatever challenges you’re facing, let's talk about how we can work together to make things better.
