Sarah holds a Master’s degree from Adler Graduate School and has completed basic and advanced training in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT). Sarah sees couples under the supervision of Kurt Wical Ph.D LMFT.
Sarah also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and continues to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) and as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in the hospital setting.
Sarah listens well and exudes a warm, empathetic presence. She uses a non-blaming, strengths-based approach in her work with clients. These skills, along with substantial life experience, enhance Sarah’s work as a therapist.
Sarah understands fractured relationships, loneliness, and the longing for healing and connection. Her relationship with her Heavenly Father, the support of others, and a passion for wellness in spirit, mind, and body has directed her healing journey and inspired her desire to help others.
Sarah is willing to pray with clients and incorporate biblical principles for those who wish to integrate their Christian faith into their care.
Sarah sees couples clients via telehealth on a private pay, fee for service basis.
