For You!
Relationships can bring immense joy but also profound pain, confusion, and loneliness. You shouldn't have to face the hardest moments alone. If you're caught in endless arguments, feeling deeply disconnected, or overwhelmed by life-changing events, I'm here to support and guide you through. My therapy room is a compassionate, safe haven, free from judgment, where your feelings, fears, and hopes truly matter. I warmly welcome couples, individuals, and families from every walk of life, offering a caring space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and valued.

About Me
I was born and raised in Uganda, and my roots continue to deeply inform my values, worldview, and approach to therapy. Having lived and worked across different cultural contexts, I bring a deep appreciation for the ways culture, family, and community shape our emotional lives and relationships. My multicultural lens helps me attune to the diverse ways people experience distress, healing, and transformation.

My Approach to Therapy
Healing begins when you're truly heard, understood, and embraced with compassion. Together, we'll create a safe, supportive relationship to deeply explore your experiences and emotions. My approach integrates Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you manage emotional distress, heal wounds, and strengthen your relationships. I deeply respect and honor each person's cultural and social identity, recognizing how your unique journey shapes your experiences. Whether you're struggling with relationships, personal growth, or major life changes, I'll meet you exactly where you are, with warmth, empathy, and unwavering support.

Education & Training
I bring both heart and expertise in my practice, grounded in my background in clinical psychology. Currently, I am pursuing a doctoral degree in Couple and Family Therapy at the University of Minnesota. My extensive training and hands-on clinical experience have prepared me to support clients effectively during their most challenging times. My practice is informed by evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My ongoing specialized EFT training helps me support couples, individuals, and families to rebuild emotional connections, navigate relational difficulties, and discover resilience through life's toughest moments. I am practicing under the supervision of Kurt Wical, PhD, LMFT, EFT Supervisor and Trainer.
