Hi, I’m Liz.

I am a white, cisgender, heterosexual, married woman, and I practice with ongoing awareness of how identity, power, and lived experience shape our emotional lives. I am committed to offering an affirming, inclusive therapy space for clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, racial and cultural backgrounds, and immigration statuses, and I remain engaged in continued learning and self-reflection to better support clients across differences.

Individuals (Telehealth only)

I primarily work with individuals who are thoughtful, reflective, and motivated to understand themselves more deeply. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, or people-pleasing patterns, and are often the ones others rely on while feeling unsure how to prioritize their own needs. I enjoy supporting clients in clarifying their emotional world, grounding themselves emotionally, and reconnecting with a sense of agency and confidence.

Many of the individuals I work with are also participating in couples therapy, and I especially enjoy helping clients clarify their voice and show up with greater emotional steadiness and intention in their relationships.

Therapy with me is steady, collaborative, and insight-driven. We’ll explore what’s underneath your patterns, make sense of your emotional responses, and experiment with showing up in ways that feel more aligned with who you actually are. I bring warmth, encouragement, and curiosity to help the work feel both meaningful and supportive.

Couples (In-person sessions only)

I also work with couples who care deeply about their relationship and want to deepen their emotional connection. Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help partners slow things down, move out of reactive cycles, and build greater safety, honesty, and closeness.

If this sounds like a good fit, feel free to reach out to learn more about availability, insurance, or private pay options.
