About Me
I specialize in working with two groups: individuals who are reflective, motivated, and seeking to live with more emotional clarity, and couples who are committed to their relationship and want support deepening their connection. Many of my individual clients are also navigating couples therapy at the same time, and I love supporting them in clarifying their voice and grounding themselves emotionally so they can show up with more confidence in those relationships.
For Individuals (Virtual sessions only)
The individuals I work with tend to be thoughtful, emotionally curious, and open to doing the inner work. You may be navigating anxiety, burnout, or people-pleasing patterns that keep you stuck. You may be the one others rely on but feel unsure how to prioritize yourself in the process. You don’t need to have it all figured out to start. What you do need is a willingness to explore what's underneath and experiment with showing up a little differently, one step at a time.
Therapy with me is steady, collaborative, and insight-driven. We’ll work together to better understand your emotional patterns, reconnect with your sense of agency, and build a life that feels more aligned with who you actually are, not just who you’ve had to be.
For Couples (In-person sessions only)
In couples therapy, I work with partners who still feel a deep sense of care for each other, even if they’re feeling stuck, disconnected, or out of sync. My clients tend to believe in the strength of their relationship and are motivated to find a better way forward. My couples aren’t looking for a quick fix; they want a process that helps them understand each other more deeply and relate with more honesty, safety, and emotional presence.
Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help couples move out of reactive patterns and into a deeper experience of connection. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and create space for vulnerability that brings partners closer. My goal is to help you feel more seen, more known, and more supported in your relationship in everyday life.
