I hold a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. I also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Southwest Minnesota State University, have passed the Certified Public Accounting (CPA) exam, and am an Accountant with a non-profit organization in the healthcare industry.

I have completed training in PREPARE-ENRICH Premarital/Marital Couples Assessment and have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an experiential approach to couple therapy aimed at creating more secure attachment bonds within relationships.
