Well hello! If you are reading this, you are likely looking for a therapist who is just the right fit for you. Here’s a bit about me to help you determine whether we might be a match :)

I am a Marriage and Family Therapy intern and an occupational therapist with 25+ years of experience helping individuals and families thrive. I am so excited to be expanding my services to include counseling-based therapy! I am passionate about helping my clients find reconnection, meaning, and fulfillment in their lives and in their relationships.

My therapeutic approach is creative and holistic, and I inherently bring an integrated perspective to my work. Clients describe me as an insightful communicator, a compassionate space holder, and an enthusiastic cheerleader for change—often all at once! My style is direct yet collaborative, playful yet professional. I’ll challenge you to step outside your comfort zone (because that is where the growth happens) and support you through the process, making sure to find joy and laughter along the way.

I am committed to affirming and supporting your unique identity and welcome clients from all walks of life, including those from LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. No matter your faith tradition or socio-political perspective, you are welcome in my practice.

I see clients virtually and in-person at Minnesota Couple Therapy Center in Roseville.

- My Professional Background -

My professional journey began at the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where I earned my degree in occupational therapy (OT). In 2011, I became certified in Pat Ogden’s Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for the Treatment of Trauma, and in 2023, I completed level one training in Brainspotting, a revolutionary way to process trauma. Both of these experiences added to my expertise in providing trauma-informed care. Additionally, I have recently completed the Externship in Emotionally Focused Therapy, an evidenced-based approach to helping couples reconnect, resolve conflicts, and build a toolkit of skills for creating and maintaining a fulfilling relationship.
I have also co-created and co-authored 1-2-3 RESET™, a trauma-sensitive approach to behavioral intervention built upon the guiding principles of connection, regulation, and empowerment. This framework was written specifically with educators and children in mind, though its principles are applicable to all ages and abilities.
