I am a firm believer that the strength and quality of our relationships is one of the biggest indicators of wellbeing. Unfortunately, we don’t always feel that we have the time and space to focus on cultivating and sustaining healthy connections. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for support in times of need and I admire clients’ willingness to share their inner worlds. My goal is to co-create a space where you feel understood, supported, and where we work to discover tools, new and old, that allow you to navigate challenges.
Primarily through the use of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we will explore ways to attune to the wide range of emotions you may experience and find ways to honor those emotions in others. My hope is that through this process you will feel better equipped to tend to the important relationships in your life and to walk away with a greater sense of self-compassion. I feel most aligned working with adult couples, at various stages of their relationships, as well as individuals and adult family members.
My colleagues have described me as being attentive, dependable, and a calm presence. I also deeply value authenticity and using humor to bring people together. Keeping therapy a collaborative process is very important to me and I make it a point to help clients with any curiosities that arise through our work together. I am working under the supervision of Amanda Pikala, MA, LMFT.

I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin - Stout. I have a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee where I had a double major in Film & Video and Sociology. Prior to my work as a therapist I was a freelancer working in TV and film production. One of the most interesting parts of my past work was connecting with new people and helping them tell their stories, which was a piece of what led me to become a therapist.
In my time outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors taking walks or being by water. I’ve gotten into biking this summer and also enjoy practicing yoga and weightlifting.
