Hello! I'm glad you're here. My name is Sammy, and I'm a warm, empathetic Pre-Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Minnesota. I also hold a Marriage and Family Therapist training license in Wisconsin, an Associate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Illinois, and an educational license in Michigan. My approach centers on integrating physical, emotional, and spiritual health, and I am dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build healthier, happier relationships.

I offer individual, couple, family, and sex therapy, providing comprehensive support tailored to your unique needs. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy, and the Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor (PBSP), along with certification in Sex Therapy (AASECT). This diverse training allows me to support a wide range of needs, including individual emotional struggles, relationship challenges, sexual health and intimacy concerns, and complex family dynamics. As a PREPARE/ENRICH certified marriage facilitator, I also offer premarital counseling and tailored sex education for partners.

Fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi, I strive to provide culturally sensitive therapy, honoring each person's unique background. I support individuals facing racial trauma, survivors of domestic abuse, immigrants, and refugees, offering a safe, compassionate space where your story is truly heard.
I offer client sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, both telehealth and in-person. For those located in Illinois, Michigan, or Wisconsin interested in telehealth, I am also available for virtual sessions. Whether you feel most comfortable meeting face-to-face or telehealth, I am here to support your journey toward stronger relationships and personal growth.
