Welcome! I’m Brianna Nelson, a Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel University. I have a background in social work and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a research-backed approach rooted in attachment theory that helps couples rebuild emotional connection and heal through secure bonding.

In sessions, I work with couples to identify and organize the conflict cycles that keep them stuck. Together, we’ll explore new, more productive ways to share your emotional experience with one another. As you begin to feel safer and more connected in session, you’ll build confidence in your ability to repair, reconnect, and bring those skills into your everyday life.

I provide a compassionate, yet growth-focused environment where you can feel both supported and challenged. Whether you're navigating communication struggles, life transitions, trauma, or personal growth, I blend practical tools with warmth and empathy to help you move toward lasting change.

I offer both in-person and virtual therapy sessions at the Roseville MNCTC office. If you’re looking for immediate relational support or want to make faster progress in your marriage or relationship, I also offer intensive sessions. I accept most insurance plans and offer a sliding scale with rates starting at $75.

I am currently working under the supervision of Amanda Pikala, MA, LMFT
