I bring a diverse background and skill set as well as empathy, humor, and an affirming stance to support you as we work on your individual and relationship goals. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota, and am seeing couples and individuals under the supervision and licensure of Dr. Kurt Wical.

From my background managing in a corporate setting for 15+ years, I bring systematic and practical support, coaching, and development skills. As a practicing artist, I bring creativity, flexibility, curiosity, openness, and humor to my interactions with others. As a partner in a 20+ year committed relationship and as a father of two, I bring an understanding of both the challenges and the rewards of deeply connecting with and caring for loved ones. As someone who has journeyed to connect to my own emotions in new and more effective ways, I bring empathy and relevant personal experience and understanding to others working toward new and more healthful connections to their emotions. The through-line of my varied experiences is a passion for working with people, helping them to effectively understand and communicate their needs, and supporting their growth and fulfillment. I will roll up my sleeves and help you clear away the “noise” to get to the root of the issue. We will develop skills and strategies to create a secure base with which to work to bring balance, harmony, and deep connections back into your life and relationships.
